Mr. Sanoke Viswanathan is Chief Executive Officer at FactSet and a respected global business leader in banking, capital markets, and wealth management. Prior to joining FactSet in 2025, Viswanathan spent 15 years at JPMorgan Chase, most recently serving as CEO of International Consumer and Wealth and as a member of JPMorgan's Operating Committee. Viswanathan held other senior positions at JPMorgan, serving as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer as well as Chief Administrative Officer of JPMorgan's Corporate and Investment Bank. In Viswanathan's earlier career he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he became the Co-Head of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Practice.

Mr. Josh Warren is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at FactSet. In this role, he leads FactSet's global finance organization, overseeing accounting, corporate development, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, tax, and treasury. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Envestnet. Earlier in his career, he held roles at BlackRock, Barclays Capital, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Warren holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Goran Skoko is Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer at FactSet. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing global sales, client solutions, and marketing. He joined FactSet in 2004 as a Senior Product developer of Real-Time products where he led the successful transformation of FactSet's real-time offering to a global solution capable of addressing the needs of our clients. Mr. Skoko's key accomplishments at FactSet include the integration of multiple standalone products into FactSet workstation, development of the wealth segment strategy, and the acquisition of StreetAccount and Interactive Data Managed Solutions. Prior to that, he spent 16 years in various engineering and product management roles at Thomson Financial. Mr. Skoko earned his B.S. in Physics and Computer Science from Fordham University.

Ms. Kate Stepp is Chief Al Officer at FactSet. In this role, she leads FactSet's Al services for clients and is focused on driving the development and deployment of Al capabilities across the organization. She joined FactSet in 2008 and previously served as Senior Director of Product Management within FactSet's Research and Advisory workflow solutions business. Prior to that role, she was Senior Director of Engineering within FactSet's Research workflow solutions business. Ms. Stepp earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Kevin Toomey is the Head of Investor Relations at FactSet. Kevin brings over two decades of experience in investor relations, equity research, and financial markets. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Secureworks, where he led strategic communications and investor engagement during key company transformations.

Prior to that, Toomey was Head of Investor Relations at Latch, Inc., where he established the company’s first investor relations program following its initial public offering. Earlier in his career, Toomey spent over a decade at Citigroup Inc. in senior roles in equity research and global TMT specialist sales.

Toomey holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
